Tier Details¶
Basic Tier (free trial)¶
Free • One-time evaluation
Includes: 100 messages total (lifetime — no monthly reset), 1 assistant, 1 knowledge base, all integrations, email support
Good for: Evaluating the platform end-to-end before paying. No credit card required, no time limit.
Quota reset: None — Basic is a one-time 100-message allowance per account.
Cap behavior: Sending pauses permanently when you hit 100 lifetime messages. Upgrade to Medium or Pro to continue. Top-ups and overflow billing are not available on Basic.
Medium Tier¶
$24.99/month • Growing businesses
Includes: 400 messages/month, 3 assistants, 2 knowledge bases, 30 MB storage each, priority support (24h)
Good for: Small to medium stores, moderate traffic (~13 conversations/day)
Quota reset: Monthly on billing date
Pro Tier¶
$99.99/month • High-traffic & agencies
Includes: 1,500 messages/month, 8 assistants, 5 knowledge bases, 150 MB storage each, dedicated support (4h)
Good for: High-traffic sites, agencies, multiple brands (~50 conversations/day)
Quota reset: Monthly on billing date

Use the 100-message Basic trial to verify fit, then upgrade to Medium or Pro for ongoing use. Once on a paid plan, upgrades and downgrades take effect according to your billing provider.

Initial Balance
New users receive $1.00 USD in initial balance for overflow usage when using AUTO_PAY mode.

Changing Tiers¶
Upgrading
- Takes effect immediately
- Prorated billing (LemonSqueezy) or per Shopify policies
- Service resumes if you were at limit
Downgrading
- Takes effect at next billing cycle
- Current tier remains until cycle end
- Verify you're within new limits before downgrading
Before downgrading, ensure you're within new tier limits
Delete extra assistants, knowledge bases, or files to avoid losing access.

Overflow Pricing¶
Overflow billing is available on paid plans only. When you exceed your monthly quota on Medium or Pro, overflow messages are charged at a flat rate from your top-up balance:
